Lead times:

Most orders are shipped within 1-10 business days from when the order is placed. All purchases within Denmark has a estimated delivery time of 2-6 business days, while all purchases outside of Denmark (International) has a estimated delivery time of 6-15 business days.

Shipping Options: Currently, 'Standard' letter shipping is the available option. If expediated shipping is needed, please contact customer service (shop@stylefreed.com)

Although, shipping without Tracking is a more economical choice, Style Freed always recommends to select shipping 'with tracking'.

If package without tracking is lost, customer accepts responsibility (however, still contact customer service (shop@stylefreed.com) for further assistance.

Quality:

To maintain the highest quality, all pieces are solely constructed by Vanessa.

All raw metals and materials used are safe and free from nickel, lead, and cadmium.

All premium vegan suede & deer skin suede have been hand picked for the softest texture, longevity, and elasticity.

Care Instructions:

To keep your Style Freed multi-suede wraps and metal name bars in great condition, we recommend keeping them away from water and moisture (storing them in dry environments versus the bathroom).

All of our metals are initially treated with a protective sealant. However, raw metals naturally oxidize, and will darken over time.

To help clean your Style Freed name bars, and to slow the oxidation process, you can use a textured cleaning cloth along with products you have around the house such as Brasso, Maas or a simple vinegar and salt mixture.

Returns:

In the rare occasion you'd like to return your item:

Returns are not accepted for customized items unless it's an error on Style Freed's part, (example: it's the wrong letter or word stamped, wrong color of bracelet etc..).

Style Freed will send you a new item free of charge and you can keep the original one.
